What TODRR’s Recovery Housing Model Is Designed to Provide
Updated: Oct 7

Structured Recovery Housing
TODRR is developing structured recovery housing for adult men who are ready to move from treatment or early recovery toward greater stability and independence.
Residents will be expected to participate in household responsibilities, follow agreed-upon expectations, remain engaged with recovery supports, and work toward productive personal goals.
Peer Accountability
Peer leadership is central to the model. Lived experience can create credibility, but TODRR’s approach is not based on simply being understanding. It is built around clear expectations, consistency, responsibility, and learning how to respond when life becomes uncomfortable.
Practical Life Skills
Long-term stability requires more than abstinence. Budgeting, banking, meal preparation, time management, communication, conflict resolution, boundaries, transportation planning, and personal responsibility all affect whether recovery can hold up in real life.
Life Outside the Bubble™ was created to address that transition from structured care to everyday living.
Workforce Pathways
Employment can provide income, structure, confidence, responsibility, and a stronger connection to community. TODRR’s model includes employment readiness and partnership-building with organizations that can help residents move toward sustainable work.
Community Reintegration
Recovery is strengthened when people have healthy places to belong. TODRR is designed to help residents build connections with recovery communities, employers, service opportunities, supportive relationships, and ordinary community life.
What TODRR Is Not
TODRR is not treatment, detox, emergency shelter, or a clinical facility. It is a MAT-friendly, peer-led recovery housing model intended to complement the clinical and community supports a resident may already use.
Current Status
TODRR is preparing to open its first residence in Fort Myers. Housing interest, referrals, partnerships, and launch support are welcome through TODRR.com.
