Recovery Housing Program

Our Recovery Housing Program provides a safe, structured, and sober living environment for adult men in early recovery.

Key components include:

  • Drug- and alcohol-free housing

  • Structured daily routines and expectations

  • Peer accountability and support

  • Emphasis on responsibility and stability

Peer Support & Mentorship

Peer support is the foundation of TODRR. Residents are supported by mentors with lived recovery experience who understand the challenges of early sobriety.

This program includes:

  • One-on-one peer mentorship

  • Group support and accountability

  • Guidance navigating early recovery challenges

  • Support building healthy routines

Workforce & Vocational Program

Through our Dirt-to-Table Market initiative, residents gain meaningful work experience while building job readiness and confidence.

Participants receive:

  • Hands-on vocational training

  • Resume building and employment skills

  • Structured work routines

  • Exposure to sustainable employment pathways 

Life Skills Curriculum

Our Life Skills Curriculum prepares residents for independent and stable living beyond recovery housing.

Topics include:

  • Financial literacy and budgeting

  • Time management and goal setting

  • Communication and conflict resolution

  • Independent living skills

Family Engagement

When appropriate, TODRR supports families in understanding recovery and rebuilding healthy communication.

This may include:

  • Education on recovery and relapse prevention

  • Healthy boundary-setting strategies

  • Resources for ongoing family support

Relapse Prevention & Aftercare

Recovery continues beyond housing. TODRR emphasizes ongoing support to reduce relapse risk and promote long-term stability.

Aftercare support includes:

  • Relapse prevention planning

  • Continued peer mentorship

  • Community referrals 

  • Transition support for independent living
