The Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) is the state agency responsible for overseeing behavioral health services, child welfare, and substance use disorder systems across Florida. DCF works with community providers and regional networks to establish policy guidance, funding structures, and system coordination related to behavioral health and recovery services.

While our organization does not provide clinical treatment services, we align our operations with applicable DCF expectations related to ethical practices, housing standards, and community coordination.

Established in 2011, the Central Florida Behavioral Health Network (CFBHN) is a managing entity contracted by the State of Florida to administer and oversee publicly funded behavioral health services within its service region. CFBHN coordinates with licensed providers, community organizations, and housing partners to support access to mental health and substance use disorder services.

Our alignment with CFBHN reflects our commitment to collaboration, continuity of care, and responsible integration within the regional behavioral health system.

Recovery Housing Standards Alignment

The National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR) is a national nonprofit organization that establishes evidence-informed standards for recovery housing across the United States. NARR promotes quality, ethical practices, and resident safety through standardized principles, including peer support, accountability, and community integration.

NARR standards serve as the national framework for recovery housing best practices and are used by state affiliates to guide certification and oversight efforts.

Founded in 2011, the Florida Association of Recovery Residences (FARR) is a nonprofit organization that sets and monitors recovery housing standards throughout Florida. FARR is the state-designated affiliate of NARR and is responsible for implementing and enforcing recovery housing standards, inspections, and ethical guidelines for certified residences.

Alignment with FARR reflects a commitment to maintaining safe, structured, and recovery-focused housing consistent with Florida-specific expectations.

Ohio Recovery Housing (ORH) is a statewide organization that establishes and promotes standards for recovery housing in Ohio. ORH aligns with NARR principles and supports quality assurance, ethical operations, and accountability within recovery housing environments.

ORH standards contribute to the broader national framework for recovery housing best practices and informed program development.

Community Standards & Housing Network Alignment

The Lee County Homeless Coalition is a community-based organization that works to coordinate housing, services, and resources for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Lee County. The coalition brings together service providers, housing partners, and community stakeholders to promote housing stability, collaboration, and effective use of community resources.

Alignment with the Lee County Homeless Coalition reflects our commitment to community standards, coordinated housing efforts, and responsible integration within the local housing and support network.
