How to Support TODRR’s First Fort Myers Recovery Residence
Updated: 6 days ago

Help Open the First Door
TODRR is preparing to open its first peer-led recovery residence in Fort Myers. The immediate goal is simple: create a safe, structured home where men in recovery can strengthen accountability, practical life skills, employment pathways, and long-term recovery supports.
Support the Launch
Financial contributions help move the first residence from plan to reality and support the practical infrastructure needed to launch responsibly.
Refer and Connect
Treatment providers, case managers, peer specialists, recovery organizations, and community partners can help TODRR build a responsible referral network for men who may be appropriate for structured recovery housing.
Create Employment Pathways
Employers and workforce partners can make a lasting difference by helping qualified residents connect with meaningful work, job readiness, training, and second-chance opportunities.
Volunteer or Share Expertise
Community members can contribute time, professional skills, introductions, training, and practical support as TODRR develops its housing and reintegration programs.
Use and Share Life Outside the Bubble
TODRR’s Life Outside the Bubble™ workbook and training series gives recovery organizations practical tools for the transition from structured care to real life. Purchasing and sharing the curriculum also supports TODRR’s broader mission.
